Subject to your voluntary opt-in, Texas Pools will send SMS messages related to the design, engineering, and construction of your project, as well as ongoing service and maintenance. These are designed to provide seamless updates and may include:
- Engineering and design consultation scheduling.
- Critical project milestone updates (e.g., excavation, steel placement, gunite, tile/coping).
- Delivery notifications for custom materials and equipment.
- Appointment reminders for on-site meetings with our project team.
- Service and maintenance notifications for existing clients.
Message frequency varies based on the phase and complexity of your project.
2. User Consent
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Texas Pools, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent to these communications is not a condition of purchase.
3. How to Unsubscribe (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the phone number you received the message from. After you send “STOP,” we will send a final SMS to confirm your unsubscribe request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Texas Pools. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You are responsible for any messaging charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

This service is available on most U.S. carriers. Texas Pools is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
