Signature Weekly Maintenance includes:

Check and adjust water chemistry. Basic chemicals are included. All skimmers, canisters and automatic cleaner bags emptied, and debris removed from the site.  Pool surface skimmed and waterline tile brushed.  Brushing of pool walls / floors, vacuuming, and back-washing of filters will be done as needed.  Pool deck & equipment slab will be blown off, weeds growing in the pool deck will be pulled, outdoor furniture in the immediate pool area will be straightened.  A visual inspection of the equipment and drain covers will be performed and any service work needed will be brought to the customer’s attention either by the electronic door hanger or email / phone call from the office. *** Includes qualified service items replaced for free when needed.

Filter Cleans: Texas Pools will automatically schedule and perform filter clean service at a recommended frequency of once every annual quarter (4x per year). This service has an additional cost of $115 per filter unit, that will be invoiced separately from weekly maintenance.  **Some pools may require more frequent filter cleans. These will be done as needed with customer approval.
