TEXAS POOLS TEAM ATTENDS SELECT PACE CONFERENCE

charter member of this national think-tank for the pool-building industry. -

The Woodlands, TX - March 5, 2004 - Texas Pools principals, Paul and Doris Ryan, and General Manager Mark Johnson recently attended the select Paramount Advisory Committee Enterprise (PACE) conference, held in Phoenix, Arizona to address the emerging trends in the pool building industry. In 1999, Paramount Pool and Spa Systems of Phoenix, identified Texas Pools as one of the Top 25 pool companies in the United States and selected Texas Pools to be a charter member of the national think-tank for the swimming pool industry.

Recognized as one of the most innovative pool builders in the industry, the Texas Pools professionals have designed and built award-winning custom pools and spas for over 20 years. Many of their creations can be seen along with the custom homes featured in the annual 'Showcase of Homes' presentations in The Woodlands.

"Given today's economic climate, pool building professionals need to be more creative and keep up-to-date to give their customers the best quality service and offer a unique and pleasant pool experience", explained Paul Ryan. "For example, the Paramount PCC2000 in-floor cleaning system, along with the new MDX Debris Removal System that is designed to exceed all anti-entrapment code requirements, is something that we offer to all of our customers. These products are offered by only a very limited number of pool companies in the country."

To date, Texas Pools has received more than 160 awards, both regional and international, from the National Spa and Pool Institute. Texas Pools was also selected as one of the Top 100 Pool Companies in the nation by Aqua Magazine and is frequently featured in Pool & Spa News, Swimming Pool/Spa Age, Aqua Magazine and other industry and local publications. Most recently, Texas Pools is featured in the 2004 edition of Luxury Pools magazine, which is available at local bookstores.

In addition to PACE, Texas Pools is a member of the National Spa and Pool Institute, the Greater Houston Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau.

Texas Pools is also a member of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce.
